- Expertise in data virtualization
- Experience with Denodo and in a bigger international company Oracle RDBMS Ability for conceptual work (concept development) and consultancy
- Obtain and maintain strong knowledge of the Denodo Platform be able to deliver a superb technical discussion including an overview of our key and advanced features and benefits services offerings differentiation and competitive positioning.
- Constantly learn new things and maintain an overview of modern technologies.
- Provide technical consulting training and support.
- Diagnose and resolve clients’ inquiries related to operating Denodo software products in their environment. Participate in problem escalation and call prevention activities to help clients and other technical specialists increase their efficiency when using Denodo products.
- Be able to address a majority of technical questions concerning customization integration enterprise architecture and general feature/functionality of our product.
- Provide timely prioritized and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management Sales Support and/or Development regarding clients business cases requirements and issues.
- Train and engage clients in the product architecture configuration and use of the Denodo Platform. Promote knowledge and best practices while managing deliverables and timelines.
- Capable of building and/or leading the development of custom deployments based on and even beyond client’s requirement
- Design and Develop business models to extract transform and report data in business performing informed decisions.
- Interpret complex functional technical and business requirements into architectural designs.
- Extensive hands-on experience in working with Denodo tool.
- Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering which involves a review of existing systems configurations and operating methodologies as well as understanding evolving business needs. Assign tasks/works to subordinates.
- Coordinate activities to Team mates on quality deliverables.
- To Work RFP on Cognizant Proposals & solution for new projects.
- Provide support for business and functional acceptance testing which involves ensuring technical specifications meet business requirements
