Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Base Salary: $127,000/ Yr. to $199,000/ Yr.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Lead – Customer Applications to architect and implement a next-generation entitlement management system for software and services.
- This role will lead technical decision-making, drive solution design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing customer-facing applications.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise architecture, licensing/entitlement solutions, cloud technologies, and integrations with backend systems.
- This role requires both leadership and hands-on technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture:

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the entitlement/licensing management solution.
- Develop deep expertise in the licensing platform and drive best practices across teams.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and compliance requirements.
- Optimize system performance, focusing on scalability, speed, and reliability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define and implement B2B licensing and monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to integrate entitlement systems with enterprise platforms.
- Work with global stakeholders, providing clear communication through documentation and presentations.

Implementation & Operational Excellence:

- Contribute to solution design for entitlement management of software licenses.
- Solve day-to-day operational challenges related to entitlement and licensing workflows.
- Support application integrations with backend ERP and enterprise IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards such as PII, GDPR, and CFR.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
- 8+ years of experience with core computer science principles and system design.
- 2+ years in a technical lead role managing medium to large teams.
- Expertise in enterprise solution design using off-the-shelf and custom solutions.
- Experience building customer-facing applications and integrating with backend ERP systems.
- Proficiency in backend languages: NodeJS or Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (storage, caching, API Gateway, IAM/RBAC).
- Strong understanding of B2B software licensing and monetization methods.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Ability to translate requirements into detailed design/solution documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

- Excellent storytelling and communication abilities.
- Interest or experience with GenAI or Agentic AI tools.
