Pastry Chef

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for the preparation, creation, and presentation of all desserts, baked goods, and specialty items. This individual will also be involved in menu development and execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and execute a range of desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked items.
- Maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and flavor.
- Innovate and contribute to seasonal and rotating dessert menus.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Culinary degree or formal pastry training preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for pastry arts.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
