**About us**:
Serving Leduc and the surrounding communities since 1980, OK Tire Leduc is a long serving community minded business, locally owned and operated who is seeking a Customer Service Star to join our team that is focused on providing exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
**Position Overview**:
As part of the front-line staff this position is responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with amazing customer service, consultation, and explanation of required automotive services.
No automotive experience required, provided the successful applicant can exhibit they fulfill all qualifications.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Service - ensure that all customers are greeted and welcomed in a professional manner. Engaging with customers to ensure their maintenance needs are met.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced service industry is desirable.
- Ability to multitask with a smile
- Superior computer knowledge and the ability to communicate professionally with customers via technology.
- Courteous telephone skills and the ability to effectively communicate to customers.
- Tire & Wheel Sales - responsible for explanation of required vehicle services and tire requirements.
- Pricing/Quotations - responsible for handling sales and creating customer estimates.
- Scheduling - appointments of tire and mechanical service.
- Invoicing - responsible for ensuring customer invoicing is accurate.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to earn credibility and **build strong relationships.** Outgoing individuals are desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate confidently,
- Well organized, attentive to details and strong analytical skills,
- Well versed in several mediums of technology,
- Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic,
- Current, valid and clean driver's license is required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
