Sales Representative

The representative will work as part of our team to convince with employers that lead to opportunities for job seekers.
The representative will:
- Help our job seekers find the match position for them.
- Give job seekers a training before their interview
- convince the employer to hire our job seekers (like sale our clients to employer)
- Build relationships with employers, with a focus on the cleaning, childcare, aged care, manufacturing (food process work), administration, hospitality, and community work industries.
Qualification and Skills Requirement:
Relevant degree with relevant experience, or less formal qualification with specialized skills sufficient to perform at this level.
The representative must have:
- Strong understanding of current labour market for job seekers,
- Networking and partnerships: Confidence in approaching new employers to create partnerships via current networks and cold calling to source new opportunities for job seekers including work experience and paid employment.
- Relationship and stakeholder management: Ability to effectively communication and network to develop and support relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including local employers, businesses, and community organisations.
- Communication, negotiation, and influencing skills: Ability to easily adapt different communication styles based on appropriate audience and situation of job seekers to engage employers.
- Driver’s licence and own car (highly desirable)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
