Ishida Canada is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to foster relationships with current customers, assist in equipment installation and build a pipeline of future opportunities. For more than 130 years, Ishida has been a world leader and innovator of weighing, packaging and labeling products including Price Computing Scales, Portion Scales, Automatic Packaging Solutions and Film and Label supplies. Ishida Canada Inc. is the Canadian subsidiary of Ishida Corporation and is responsible for Ishida brand sales in Canada as well as sales of products from Proluxe pizza dough presses, panini and tortilla grills, Watanabe meat scliers and Heat Seal packaging products, through Retail as well as Channel customers.

Based in Mississauga, ON, this position is best suited for an individual with 5-7 years’ experience selling and servicing customers in the Retail and Food Service areas, with some technical knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment and a good amount of energy and drive to expand Ishida Sales in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces). The ability to speak French and/or Mandarin or Korean will also be a big advantage for applicants. This position will include sales in Eastern Canada to both Direct Retail and Channel markets.

**Qualifications**
- Field experience as a sales representative or technician
- Leadership skills demonstrated in previous roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Proficiency in B2B sales techniques
- Analytical skills for data interpretation
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
