**What You’ll Do**

As part of the general warehouse team, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for providing appropriate documentation for each outbound shipment. This includes, but is not limited to, packing lists, bills of lading, auditing function for outbound orders, manifests, labels, and small parcel shipping labels from the provided pick ticket. This position requires you to work quickly and accurately but always in a safe manner and in compliance with all company policies. You may be assigned to perform duties anywhere in the warehouse required at that time.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs Oracle work for orders on provided pick tickets
- Uses Shipconsole to print packing lists, bills of lading, and labels for each shipment
- Shops for the best freight rates
- Schedules pickups with the carriers and follow through to ensure timely pickups
- Ship-confirms the shipped orders using both Oracle and Shipconsole
- Scans and saves all shipping documents
- Records CHEP pallets on the CHEP website
- Analyzes shipping activities and proposes cost savings improvements
- Picks and fulfills customer orders, unloads containers, and loads trucks
- Other duties as may be assigned

**Bring It**
- 2 years of experience in a shipping environment
- Knowledge of transportation principles, regulations, and methods
- Must be able to use a computer with Microsoft Office, Oracle, Telnet, Purolator, FedEx, UPS software, and have RF gun knowledge
- Has prior experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Experience with Oracle is a plus
- Must be Forklift certified on a Reach type Forklift to a height of 25'
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
