**What you'll do**
Cisco’s Canada Marketing organization builds real-time, personalized connections with prospects, customers, partners and influencers to generate opportunities, inform/influence buying decisions and strengthen Cisco’s value proposition in the market. We drive business value through excellent customer experiences and by setting the agenda in the market.
**What You’ll Do**
As the Field Marketing Manager - Quebec, you will be accountable for crafting and implementing the marketing plan to deliver pipeline and product/services bookings goals. You will also be responsible for localization of marketing campaigns and assets in compliance to local laws as well as act as the primary marketing liaison to the Canada Sales team based out of Quebec and French speaking environs.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Build Marketing plans for Quebec & French-speaking environs, implement marketing campaigns to achieve set targets, and participate in coordinated Account Planning Sessions in the region.
- Be a great partner with the Sales team providing regular marketing updates on events, content, ABM and other programs including product launches, global sponsorship and other activities.
- Research and advise on locally relevant activations and touchpoint for customers. Use data and insight tools to advise marketing initiatives and support the growth of Canadian business within Quebec.
- Implement audience and industry marketing plan with relevant activities for Quebec based on local priorities and in compliance with local laws, especially language laws.
- Translate and handle localization of global campaigns and assets into Canadian French
- Work with the wider marketing teams to lead activities, including campaigns, events, ABM, advocacy programs and social selling.
- Track marketing performance optimize and share insights with leaders, including pipeline, bookings generated, attendance, customer feedback and additional journey actions)
- Own budget management for Quebec campaigns, including SOW development, PO processes, sponsorship collection/processing, payment resolution, and use of recommended marketing vendors.

**Who you are**
- Proficient in Canadian French
- Based in Quebec, Canada
- 5+ years of marketing strategy / sales experience in the IT industry
- Executive presence, ability to influence without authority
- A track record of success in leading marketing tactics/execution (including digital, events management, social) and delivering demand
- Previous experience in a matrixed organization
- Ability to read and interpret data and insights
- Ability to engage with technical buyers
- Strong in person and virtual presence
- Bachelor in Marketing / Communications / Business
