**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized **Junior Project Manager** to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of **IT projects**, specifically the implementation and enhancement of **booking tools** and related technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse IT projects, gaining valuable experience in project coordination, team collaboration, and client-facing interactions.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers and various stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of projects. Your primary focus will be on the delivery of booking solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing and coordinating the delivery of IT projects, with a focus on booking tools and related systems
- Support the development of project plans, including defining scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, ensure tasks are completed on schedule, and communicate any delays or issues to stakeholders
- Assist in managing project risks and issues, identifying potential roadblocks, and recommending solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project alignment and success
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items
- Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and outcomes
- Assist in the preparation of training and user documentation related to new booking tools
- Help track budgets and resources to ensure the projects stay within scope and on budget

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 1+ year of experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development projects

**Education**: A degree in **IT, Business, Project Management**, or a related field, or equivalent experience

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with **Agile** or **Waterfall** project management methodologies
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., **Jira**, **Trello**, **Microsoft Project**)
- **SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change certification** is highly desirable
- **Experience or familiarity** with booking systems or travel-related technologies is a plus
