**We’re seeking an experienced **Change Management Consultant** to partner with clients on transformation initiatives, driving organizational change, designing effective structures, and aligning talent strategies to achieve impactful business results.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Support Change Management Efforts**: Develop and execute tailored strategies aligned to business objectives.
- ** Foster Collaboration**: Build trust with stakeholders and integrate change practices across functional areas.
- ** Engage Stakeholders**: Identify and involve key stakeholders while coaching sponsors on their roles.
- ** Deliver Enablement**: Facilitate workshops, create training plans, and empower client teams.
- ** Measure Impact**: Define success metrics, monitor progress, and refine approaches to ensure lasting results.
- ** Support Organizational Design**: Develop operating models and structures to enhance agility and scalability.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 4+ years of change management experience.
- Certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus but not required.
- Proven knowledge of change management tools, principles, and methodologies.
- Experience driving large-scale organizational change.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and project management approaches is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build trust and influence at all levels.

**Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements**
