Help Desk Support Analyst

**The Opportunity**
The Help Desk Support Analyst will report to the Manager of End User Support and is 100% onsite, anchored to the Ottawa office.
What you will do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1/2 support issues from various support channels (phone calls, chats, self-service tickets, etc.). Escalate issues as appropriate.
- Utilize ServiceNow as our preferred ITSM platform.
- Configure and image laptops with the required core environment image and practice specific software.
- Troubleshoot various IT hardware issues with laptops, printers, peripherals, etc.
- Provide device and app support for various types of iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Occasionally provide support for audio-visual setups, system hardware, connectivity issues in meeting rooms, and telecom issues.
- Assist with asset management and inventory tracking as required.
- Actively participate on various local and national IT projects/virtual teams as required.
- Occasionally working on evenings and weekends
What you bring to this role:
- Previous deskside support, virtual support and/or help desk experience a requirement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.) and Windows 10.
- Knowledge of computer hardware - laptops, printers, peripherals, etc.
- Mobile device knowledge and experience - iOS and/or Android.
- Solid organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Desire to learn and expand knowledge of current information technology in use.
- Availability to work flexible hours.
