**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and supply inventory.
- Coordinate repairs, equipment maintenance, and other office needs.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Draft, produce, and send agent contracts and related documents.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
- Assist with data collection and reporting.
- **Marketing Coordination**:

- Order marketing materials, including flyers, business cards, and brochures.
- Collaborate with agents to support their marketing efforts.
- Supporting the marketing department with miscellaneous requests.
- Assist in the distribution of incoming leads.
- **Agent Support**:

- Assist agents with administrative tasks and technology-related needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to agents, clients, and partners.
- Billing agents for necessary requested supplies.
- Schedule & receive couriers.
- **Event Planning**:

- Organize and execute internal and external events, such as agent meetings, training sessions, and client appreciation events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)** and other standard office software.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Prior experience in a real estate setting or familiarity with real estate contracts is advantageous but not necessary.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
