**Parts Specialist Responsibilities Includes**:

- Maintain inside sales skills and product knowledge for all Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited parts and services
- Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts
- Determine customers need for truck parts
- Assist customers with parts warranties
- Generate order tickets to the warehouse
- Process orders for outside sales team
- 3 years' experience in heavy-duty truck parts
- Passion for customer service
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Strong Communication (verbal & written)
- Excellent organization and time management
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
