**What you’ll do**:

- 1.Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records by tracking all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Reconcile physical inventory with warehouse management systems regularly.
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable for warehouse transactions.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Other related administrative duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A college diploma or university degree in Accounting is preferred
- Previous Quickbooks experience is preferred.
- You have 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle accounting
- You have experience using MS Excel in an intermediate capacity (formulas, filter, XLOOKUP, pivot table) to provide detailed reporting & analytics.
- Clear, fluent written and spoken English, at ease communicating with different groups of people.
- Fast-learning and willing to take challenge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to details
- Ability to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy.
- Well-organized and uses good judgment when prioritizing work.
