Our team of > 150 prints a diverse suite of products including business cards, brochures, magazines, annual reports, presentation folders, retail signage, banners, posters, window wraps, and corrugate POP and POS displays. Position: Pressman for Heidelberg 6, 8 and 10 color. **Responsibilities for Pressman will include**: - Operate the press, balance and maintain color, lead as a Pressman or assist as a Second Pressman with required. - Press adjustments throughout print production; - Ensure press is running at expected production rates; - Perform regular maintenance as required on the Press to keep it in good running order; - Manage and train team members to build team capacity; - Contribute to production planning process; A positive attitude is an absolute must. Be a Team Player and support daily functions. Must have minimum 3 years experience as a pressman and/or feeder. Must have a thorough understanding of print terminology, color theory, color density and ink trapping. Must possess high quality standards and produce work efficiently. Must have the ability to troubleshoot any print or mechanical problems.
