Position: Competitive Gymnastics Coach for CCP Gymnasts

Location: Inspire Sports Victoria, Victoria, BC

Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time

Compensation: Competitive Wages Based on Qualifications / Experience

environment for aspiring gymnasts to thrive. We pride ourselves on our dedicated

coaching staff and our commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive community.

Our WAG program is fairly new but growing fast, with multiple Western Canadian and

Canadian Championship medalists in the past 3 seasons. We have over 50 WAG

athletes competing in CCP 2-10, High Performance, and Xcel Silver to Diamond and

are looking to expand

**Job Description**:
As a Competitive Gymnastics Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of

our gymnasts. You will lead and mentor athletes specifically in the CCP levels, providing

top-notch coaching, group and personalized training plans, and have clear and effective

communication with athletes, parents, and peers. Your expertise will contribute to the

technical skill development, strength building, and overall performance enhancement of

Inspire Sports. You will work collaboratively with a passionate and experienced

coaching team, fostering an atmosphere of camaraderie, growth, and achievement. The

main focus will be CCP Levels 6-8, with opportunities to work with High Performance

and CCP Levels 9 and 10.

Qualifications:
Minimum of Comp 2 WAG Trained with desire to become certified. We would like to see

an expertise in gymnastics techniques, skill progressions, and spotting techniques.
