**Project Manager**
The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery and support of initiatives, supporting accelatering improvements and leading change to people, process & technology. In this position, you will lead cross functional teams responsible to the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within timeframes and budgets. This is to ensure optimal customer & member satisfaction, product quality and business process efficiency and effectiveness.
**Day to Day**
- Act as the CRM (Salesforce) Lead for Canada
- Gather requirements from stakeholders across the DLL Canada organization, distill disparate requirements into prioritized strategy, liaise with Global CRM team to execute wider expansion into teams and functions, execute and implement the foundation of Salesforce for Canada.
- Develop a strategy with the Senior Leaders on the overall scope of the project, creating a project plan and identifying resources, timeline for completion of the initiative adapting as needed to support Business
- Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
- Participate in sprints and work with Product Owners/IT to manage use stories pertaining to the project
- Manage day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization
- Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources
- Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project and deploying a hand on approach and involvement to execute on identified task & deliverables.
- Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project
- Support Change Management activities from planning to execution
- Ensure the provision of performance reporting inclusive of KPI in order to provide management with information and to take corrective actions.
- Direct project timeliness and budgets
- Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
- Employs highly developed consultative skills
- Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects
- Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
- Provide analysis of project, including business case, ROI and post-project review as applicable
- Drive innovation, best practices and achievement by identifying best practices, maintaining project procedures, systems and methodologies, in order to contribute to consistent and high-quality project management

**Essentials**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 3 + years working experience
- Experience managing medium to large cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with Agile Principles (Scrum, Sprints), responding to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. Experience of working in Scaled Agile Teams is highly preferred.
- Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies
- Hands-on, pragmatic and results-oriented
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with multiple functions/organizations to identify and negotiate required resources
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage across formal organizational lines
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio.
- Ability to interface with and present to all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of building relationships both internally and externally
- Exceptional relationship skills and the ability to make decisions, recommendations and manage difficult situations where influencing and persuasion is required
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Flexible, creative, with the ability to plan, and drive results through others
