**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**: Lead the planning and development process throughout the project lifecycle for residential and commercial projects, from post-acquisition to the start of construction.
- **Performance Oversight**: Monitor the project’s budget, cash flow and schedule timeline.
- **Risk Management**: Identify risks and challenges affecting the project’s time, cost, and quality. Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project objectives.
- **Project Engagement**: Maintain effective communication and relationships with all stakeholders, including community representatives, municipal staff, and team members. Manage conflicts or challenges that arise during the project’s lifecycle.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Provide regular reports on project status, progress, and deliverables to senior management. Please ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained throughout the project's lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in a real-estate-related field, such as urban planning or architecture, is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry, with a proven track record of leading successful residential and commercial projects.
- In-depth real estate development industry knowledge, including planning, design, and construction.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
