Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Part-Time Event Sales & Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and event planning who is eager to gain experience in catering sales and event coordination. You will assist in managing client inquiries, supporting sales efforts, and coordinating event logistics to ensure smooth and successful functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with proposal creation, menu suggestions, and client follow-ups.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, including onsite coordination and liaising with kitchen and service teams.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and event details using internal CRM systems.
Administrative Tasks: Prepare documents, schedules, and materials needed for event execution.
Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through event completion.
**Requirements**:
1+ year of experience in hospitality, events, or customer service (experience in catering or hotel banqueting is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency required; Cantonese is an asset.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Passion for food, culture, and creating memorable guest experiences.

行政事务：准备活动执行所需的文件、日程安排及其他材料。
客户服务：为客户提供专业且友好的服务，确保从初次接触到活动完成的全程体验。
任职要求：
1年以上酒店、活动或客户服务相关经验（有餐饮或酒店宴会经验者优先）。
出色的沟通与人际交往能力。
英语流利，需精通普通话，懂粤语者更佳。
能够根据活动需求在晚间和周末工作。
注重细节，具备较强的组织能力和多任务处理能力。
