Overview:

As a part-time Junior Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and contributing to our continued success in the industry.

**Duties**:

- Assist customers with their flooring choices
- Taking phone calls and messages
- Help organizing the showroom and samples
- Participate in training sessions as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a must
- Familiarity with product demonstrations and sales techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills. Strong communication in English is a must.
- Basic computer skills are necessary
- Enthusiasm for learning about different types of flooring products and industry trends is a must

Working hours:
Tuesday to Friday
- 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM and Saturday
- 10 AM to 4 PM

This position is for someone who is looking to start a career in flooring, home renovation or designing. You are someone who likes to play around with colours and patterns as well as home renovations. You need to be able to lift up to 20 lbs. **Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- experience in sales (preferred)
