**Required Advanced Skills**:Resident relations, marketing and vacancy reduction, maintenance liaison, project execution and management, industry legislation and practice skills, financial analysis and reporting.

**Duty and Task Outline**:

- Monitor, track and develop effective marketing program and advertising structure in collaboration with Property Manager and Corporate Office
- Provide superior service to residents
- Maintain successful and below industry average vacancy levels through advance sales and client relations and provide successful results in accordance to assigned sales quotas
- Maintain successful lease renewal rate with current residents
- Maintain detailed unit inspection records and follow-up to required renovations
- Provide continual property development initiative strategies and project proposals
- Liaison with Maintenance Department for effective scheduling and repair/project completion of all turnover suites
- Participate in and control of stringent and accurate leasing administration
- Other tasks/projects as assigned by Property Manager and/or Corporate Office

**Required Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate weekly leasing reporting, traffic reporting and advertising control matrix auditing for all properties assigned
- Maintain accurate status and successful control of turnover progress of vacant suites

- Policy and Process Compliance

You will be working 5 days a week Tuesday-Saturday. Other duties as assigned. A criminal record check is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
