**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as transportation, supply chain and logistics leveraging Naryant’s expertise in Fleet Management.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in fleet operations, enabling clients to optimize fleet utilization and performance through Naryant’s analytics platforms.
- Use consultative sales techniques to understand client pain points, particularly around fleet performance, asset tracking, and predictive maintenance, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including presenting Naryant’s solutions for real-time operational insights and optimization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that offerings align with evolving client needs in the fleet and data analytics space.
- Provide sales performance metrics and regular reports to leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, including advancements in machine learning, data analytics, and solutions for fleet management and other sectors.
- Continue to to improve sales strategy to drive growth within key industries, including fleet management and data analytics.
**Must-Have Qualifications**:
- 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in SaaS sales.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions in data analytics and fleet management, including solutions for route optimization, real-time monitoring, and predictive analytics.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in complex B2B environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple high-profile clients in fast-paced industries like fleet management or transportation.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**:
- Experience with consultative sales focused on solution selling.
- Knowledge of industry-specific challenges, such as fleet fuel optimization, compliance reporting, and predictive maintenance.
- Look up some relevant degrees/diplomas/certificates
