**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIAN**

Your excellent communication skills assist you as you work collaboratively with construction and content crews. Health and safety are important to you which is why you respect all policies and procedures and ensure that they are followed by other employees and subcontractors. You are a get-it-done person who likes to be active and isn't afraid to jump right in and make things happen. You take pride in your work and feel good about being able to save the day for people in our community while helping us build a loyal customer base

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in the construction or restoration industry (relevant cleaning experience may be considered)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts

Valid driver's license is preferred, but not necessarily required. Are you able to work independently? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you work collaboratively with construction crews? Are you service-oriented? Is safety important to you? Do you project a professional appearance and attitude? If so, you may be perfect for this position
