**Position Overview**:As a Dispatcher at The Trusty Truckers Ltd, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing our fleet of trucks to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. You will work closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to optimize routes, monitor deliveries, and address any issues that arise during the transportation process. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and problem-solve will be critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our trucking services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and assign delivery routes for truck drivers based on delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor the progress of deliveries, providing real-time updates to drivers and customers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, address concerns, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize route planning and resource allocation.
- Resolve any issues or disruptions that may impact delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver activities, and communications.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for drivers and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS tracking systems.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of trucking regulations and safety protocols is a plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: $21.00-$29.00 per hour
