**The Responsibilities**

You will be a key member of our courier and distribution division, working alongside the dispatch team who will mentor and guide you through the nuances of coordinating fleet operations. While the following outlines specific responsibilities, your role may also encompass additional tasks as necessary to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
- Ensure Accurate Dispatch Coordination and Fleet Monitoring_
- Manage and oversee the scheduling, routing, and tracking of fleet members to ensure timely, efficient delivery of client orders.
- Supervise vehicle movements, address delays, and adjust routes as needed to maintain operational fluidity.
- Utilize state-of-the-art dispatching software and GPS tracking tools to optimize routes, monitor progress in real-time, and ensure operational success.
- Effective Communication and Problem-Solving_
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet members, providing clear instructions and resolving issues promptly.
- Address unforeseen challenges such as traffic disruptions, incorrect addresses, or customer concerns with efficiency and composure.
- Collaborate directly with clients to resolve inquiries, provide updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Foster Safety, Compliance, and Team Collaboration_
- Ensure driver adherence to safety protocols and assist with any emergencies or incidents on the road.
- Collaborate closely with fellow dispatchers to align operations with company goals and support each other throughout day to day operations.
- Build and maintain respectful and professional relationships with fleet members, clients and internal departments.
- Enhance Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement: _
- Identify inefficiencies in dispatch processes and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Adapt to dynamic workloads during peak periods with composure and efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in dispatch and logistics management.
- Accurate Documentation and Record-Keeping: _
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of delivery schedules, driver logs, customer interactions, and incident reports.
- Align dispatch activities with broader operational goals by working closely with customer service and operations teams.

**The Skills & Experience**
- _Dispatching & Logistics Coordination:_ 1+ years of experience managing dispatch operations, optimizing delivery schedules, and coordinating real-time logistics in a fast-paced environment.
- _Fleet Leadership_: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support fleet members to ensure safe, timely, and customer-focused deliveries.
- _Customer-Centric Mindset_: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- _Tech-Savvy_: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and industry-standard dispatch and routing software.
