**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Genuine love of social media marketing
- Naturally has a confident and energetic personality and is not a camera-shy personality
- Proactively can offer endless ideas for creating content for social media platforms (IG reels, lives, YouTube, etc.)
- Ability to consistently leverage product knowledge and current trends to enhance the service experience
- Continually monitors traffic trends and reacts in a timely manner
- Acts as a team player and contributes to their full potential towards the store's success with all team members
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and deliver upon them
