About the Position:

We're scaling aggressively and need a hands-on content creator who can keep up. This role is designed for someone who not only understands how to make content that converts but also lives and breathes fashion, storytelling, and trend-driven hooks. You'll be responsible for developing, shooting, and editing engaging, scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads with a sharp focus on creative testing at scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Generating videos / statics daily for Meta/Snapchat/Tiktok ads with our general template
  • Setting up outfits & putting pieces as display for static shoots
  • Editing short-form videos (5–60s) optimized for Reels, TikTok, and Meta ads using CapCut
  • Adding caption overlays (hooks), text callouts, and motion elements to boost conversion
  • Collaborating with our ads team to identify winning creatives and iterate quickly
  • Scheduling & creating captions for our daily Instagram posts

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must be proficient in content shooting with both DSLR and smartphone setups
  • Strong understanding & grasp of CapCut
  • Can design using Canva for quick ad or story graphics
  • Understands TikTok + Instagram trends, especially in fashion, streetwear, and unboxing culture
  • Experience creating high-volume content creatives/week) with clear performance goals
  • An understanding of vintage fashion & what is considered "good vintage" is a bonus
  • Must be quick on your feet with outfit flat-lays & creating boxes

Hours (subject to change):

Full-Time (9AM-5PM Mon-Fri)

Salary & Pay:

$17.6-$20 to start.

A potential commission-based pay can be implemented contingent on performance.
