**The Grid is an award-winning web design and social media agency specializing in delivering effective business results based in Vaughan, Ontario.**

We come up with bold ideas to help businesses craft branded experiences. We offer timely social media content that is customized to stay true to our client partners brand values.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Create a social media plan (in collaboration with our creative directors and marketing managers) that delivers engaging and scroll stopping content for each target audience, across our clients social media platforms.
- Produce content in a variety of formats—copywriting, video, photography, etc.—for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and at times assist the Creative Director with cross-channel advertising campaigns.
- Stay up to date of what is happening within our clients sectors, and use those insights to drive results.
- Establish performance metrics for content programs where applicable; measure impact and optimize based on data
- Manage day-to-day social media calendars across all client profiles

**Required hard skills**:

- Copywriting and editing, with strong spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Digital photography and image editing
- Videography and video editing
- Researching and interviewing, including online, in-person, by phone/virtual meeting
- Understanding and absorbing brand guidelines, marketing strategy and basic performance marketing analytics as they pertain to content creation and successful content programs

**Job Types: Contract, Full-time**
