We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of **CNC Operator**at Accurate Manufacturing 4.0.

The CNC Operator is responsible for operating a variety of computer numerically controlled machines.

This position reports directly to the CNC Leader.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load parts on machine table using an overhead crane, forklift or by manually lifting
- Setup machine with parts utilizing FCS mounting system
- Install proper tooling
- Use micrometer, vernier or other means to check the desired size and tolerance of the work piece
- Work within deadlines and scheduling requirements
- Monitor machine for errors and notify leader

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1+ years’ experience with CNC machine set up and operation
- Strong work ethic
- Able to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
