**Job Requirements**:
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The Business Development Manager will manage all aspects of their accounts in order to optimize our position in the Quebec market. You will develop, negotiate, and implement a sales program for your assigned accounts.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key contacts
- Create, negotiate and implement a customized, detailed sales plan for all customers and follow up
- Regularly communicate with customers in order to plan and achieve growth objectives
- Meet the sales budget for each customer
- Assume responsibility for all financial aspects related to managing their account portfolio
- Act as the key contact for all supply chain
- and logistics-related issues
- Work closely with the Category Development team and undertake initiatives to manage categories in order to fully leverage brand promotion opportunities

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- Must be Bilingual (Fluent in English and French)
- Two (2) to four (4) years’ previous Business Development or Senior Account Manager experience
- Previous Business Development or Senior Account Manager experience
- Post-secondary degree from either a university or college preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Nielson, Consumer Data, SAP
- Strong organization, presentation, and negotiation skills
