We are currently seeking an **Accounts Receivable Clerk**to join our highly professional team.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, the Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for producing invoices, maintaining financial records or revenues and accounts receivables and assists with general day to day tasks within the finance department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly invoices in Quickbooks and Excel.
- Managing Accounts Receivable Process (Recording incoming payments, Preparing client Statement of Accounts, Assist with collection and follow up with management and clients as required)
- Approving staff timesheets
- Perform general office and administrative support as required
- Maintain file management system for both electronic and physical correspondence documents
- Post vendor invoices, reconcile to vendor statements and budgets and organize release of payments to vendors;
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and mathematical accuracy;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
