**About the Role**

The **Packaging Operator** plays a key role in ensuring our products are packaged to the highest standards. You’ll be completing on-line quality control checks while operating and maintaining high-speed packaging equipment, continuous motion packers, unpackers and palletizing finished product and helping ensure our beer reaches customers in optimal condition by safeguarding product integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor high-speed packaging machinery
- Fill and clean kegs in various formats
- Perform on-line quality control checks
- Operate forklifts/walkies; load/unload trucks as required
- Assist with tray making, re-packing, and general cleaning
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
- Set up, adjust, and sanitize machinery
- Meet daily packaging goals
- Assist in troubleshooting and solving production issues

**What You Bring**
- Passion for craft beer and the industry (a must)
- Experience with high-speed packaging machinery or in food/beverage manufacturing
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-decibel environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift certification/experience is an asset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive, manual work
- Must be at least 18 years old

**Physical & Environmental Conditions**
- Fast paced, physically demanding, repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs; maneuvering up to 165 lbs
- Frequent bending, crouching, kneeling, grabbing, reaching using fingers, arms, wrists, hands, and shoulders

and climbing stairs and ladders
- Standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling,
- Working in hot, cold, and noisy environments

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
