Are you an experienced landscaper with a passion for leadership and high-quality craftsmanship? Infinite Possibilities is seeking a Construction Crew Lead to manage and mentor a team while executing high-end residential and commercial landscaping projects. This role is perfect for a problem-solver who thrives under pressure and communicates effectively.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee site preparation, layout, grading, excavation, drainage, and installation of hardscape & softscape elements.
- Lead a 3-5 person crew, ensuring project efficiency and quality.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and workmanship.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce health & safety policies.
- Maintain an organized job site and ensure proper tool/equipment use.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager for materials & equipment deliveries.
- Monitor timelines and budgets, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate with clients when needed to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **3-5 years landscaping experience**, specializing in hardscape & softscape installation
- Proficient with landscape construction methods & materials, including excavation, grading, drainage, interlock, concrete, natural stone, and aggregates.
- Familiarity with softscape techniques (soils, planting, mulching, sodding, pruning).
- Skilled in **reading blueprints, calculating elevations & material requirements**.
- Strong **troubleshooting & adaptability** for on-site challenges.
- Experience operating small equipment (mini excavator, skid steer).
- **Basic computer skills** (Google Drive, Asana, LMN) for project tracking.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.

**Schedule, Compensation & Benefits**
- Seasonal position: mid-March to mid-December, with optional winter work.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Hourly rate: $28-$35/hour, based on experience.
