- Install landscape construction projects
- Site preparation, hardscapes, softscapes
- Read plans, elevations, take offs
- Record keeping; timesheets, order receipts, crew and safety evaluations, etc.
- Manage crew of 1-5 labourers
- Train crew members in proper landscape construction techniques
- Skid steer operation
- Vehicle, tools and equipment maintenance
- Construction shop and yard housekeeping
- Winter snow removal
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of landscape construction experience
- Well rounded skill base: natural stone, interlock, retaining walls, basic wood work, planting & odd jobs
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading crew members
- Experience with landscape layout and site preparation required
- Capable of physical labour
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, dependable
- G licence with clean driver's abstract is required
- Skid Steer experience is required
- Experience driving in Toronto is an asset
- Landscape diploma or certification is an asset
- Experience in snowplowing is an asset

**Rate of Pay: $28.00 to $35.00 - negotiable dependent on experience**
