**About the Job**

**The impact you’ll have**
- Work with Vendasta’s partners to bolster their business by providing fulfillment services to their small-medium sized business clients
- Work with local businesses behind the scenes to assess and implement a digital marketing strategy
- Create, claim, and adjust listings on a variety of online sources
- Process orders as they come into the Vendasta platform
- Track all completed and pending work within Vendasta’s task management platform
- Provide world class customer service for our partners and their clients
- Maintain product knowledge and awareness for our partners and their clients
- Provide cross functional assistance to other departments within Marketing Services as required (training will be provided)

**The value you’ll bring**
- 1+ years experience in customer service
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Digital marketing experience for local business
- Proficient knowledge of social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) considered an asset
- Base understanding of online listing sources (Google, Bing, Yelp).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Availability to work evenings considered an asset, although not required
