L'opportunité

The Edge Benefits Inc. est à la recherche d'un(e) Associé(e) aux ventes internes sur la base d'un permanent à temps plein pour se joindre à notre Département de distribution. Notre bureau chef est situé à Newmarket, en Ontario, cependant, il s’agit d’une opportunité enèrement à distance.

Fonctions spécifiques
- Fournir un soutien général au directeur des ventes et à l'associé aux ventes
- Contribuer à la croissance des ventes régionales et découvrir des opportunités de vente pour le directeur des ventes externes
- Rencontrer les conseillers nouveaux et existants (en ligne uniquement)
- Assister aux séminaires en personne/certains groupes lorsque le directeur des ventes a besoin du soutien du service des comptes nationaux ou du MGA
- Envoyer des courriels de confirmation de réunion aux conseillers
- Gérer les boîtes de réception communes
- Apporter des modifications aux plans de groupe existants
- Organiser des webinaires et des formations en ligne pour les conseillers
- Participer à des salons professionnels locaux lorsque nécessaire
- Comprendre et vivre la mission, la vision et les valeurs de The Edge

Vos qualifications
- Doit être parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français et posséder des compétences avérées en matière de communication verbale et écrite.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
- Solides compétences en matière de création de relations
- Maintenir un niveau élevé de confidentialité dans le traitement des informations sensibles
- Le programme de qualification pour l'obtention d'une licence à vie (Programme de qualification en assurance de personnes - PQAP) est un atout

The Edge Benefits is looking for an Inside Sales Assocaite on a permanent full-time basis to join our Distribution Team.

Located in Quebec
- Bilingual - Required_

**Inside Sales Associate Job duties**:

- Support the Sales Director and the Sales Associate
- Growing the Sales in the Region
- Meeting with New & Existing subset of Advisors (online Only)
- In person Seminars / some clusters when SD requires National account / MGA support
- Uncover Opportunities in the region for the External Sales Director
- Working on individual cases
- Adjustments to existing groups plans
- Focus on webinars
- Attend local Tradeshows when needed
- Hosting Newly advisor Webinars
- General Sales Support

**Your Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality dealing with sensitive information
- **Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) is an asset**
