**Full Job Description**

The Office Administrator/Estimator is an enthusiastic, organized and reliable individual who will be responsible for day-to-day office admin tasks as well as client project estimations. He/She will coordinate operations while providing support to management and department heads.

**More specifically, your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide administrative support to members of senior management including the CEO such as meeting planning, client communications, etc.
- Prepare and coordinate the creation of pricing estimations for client projects
- Support all teams with administrative related tasks as needed
- Perform various administrative duties
- Manage relationships and communication with clients
- Foster company culture with holiday events, team building outings, etc.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

- Very good knowledge of French and English both written and oral.
- Strong interest in business and digital marketing
- Proactive and likes taking initiatives
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Administrative experience handling a wide range of duties
- Autonomous and works independently with little supervision
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

**Requisite Qualifications**
- Bilingualism (English, French) Oral & Written
- Min. 2 yrs experience
