In this role, you will grow the executive search practice by maximizing existing personal networks as well as developing new client relationships that drive and sustain business to gain market share, while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Executive, Retained Search

**How you will impact the business**:

- Prepare client presentation documents, maintain accurate and up to date internal project documentation, and ensure that every project is led as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Creatively think of innovative ways to continually improve and expand search and research methodologies, through networking in industry, technology, external resources, relationships, and organizational mapping.
- Participate, search for, and potentially leading activities that help to position our firm for future growth

- A tenacious and entrepreneurial leader with strong interpersonal skills - active listening, relationship building, and influencing capabilities.
- The willingness to take initiative, an appreciation and aptitude for personal branding, and a focus on collaboration and providing an outstanding client and team experience.
- A creative problem solver with a predisposition to learning and continuous growth and the insight and ability to quickly assimilate new concepts, recognize trends in industry and management thinking, with the ability to use these skills to engage and add value to our client organizations.
- A high respect for confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

- A demonstrated track record in building partnerships, partner consultation, client management and business development that has led to an active and current book of business that has driven revenue for a division or a team.
- 5-8 years demonstrable recruiting or sales experience.
- Experience in leading the sales and delivery of recruitment projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience writing and winning competitive formal bids and proposals and knowledge in handling RFP responses.
