We’re seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional to join our dynamic Life & Living Benefits team. As a licensed Life & Living Benefits Advisor (LLQP), you’ll deliver integrated insurance planning and advice to your network of prospects, new & existing clients, and referrals. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team of internal partners dedicated to helping you deepen client relationships and grow your business.

**What will you do?**
- Build meaningful connections with individual and corporate clients through discovery conversations to understand their life events and evolving needs.
- Provide expert guidance on life insurance, critical illness, disability, and other living benefits.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and recommend personalized insurance solutions aligned with clients’ financial protection goals.
- Provide service, support and advice to block of existing clients.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
- Educate clients on risk management and income protection strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory updates to ensure accurate and compliant advice.
- Develop and execute customized financial protection plans based on clients’ life stages and objectives.
- Participate in community outreach and networking events to expand your client base.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy information, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Work with other team members to generate Life & Living Benefit opportunities for new individuals & business property/casualty clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Report to VP of Sales to support strategic initiatives and business development.

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of professional sales experience in the insurance industry; valid Life/A&S License (LLQP)
- Proven business development and prospecting skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and an existing network of referrals and approved centres of influence.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Industry designations preferred: CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist
