What You'll Do
- Engage with warm leads from existing clients, inbound calls, and online inquiries
- Pro-actively source leads through external partners and outbound calls
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions
- Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care
- Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals
- Attend networking events and conduct outbound follow-up with leads
What You Bring
- Sales experience (inside/outside, retail, or customer service) preferred
- Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and active listening
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance (LLQP)
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-focused
- Ability to attend networking events, be able to work occasional nights and weekends
- Have reliable transportation
- Must have exceptional written and oral English language skills
- Strong initiative

Compensation & Earning Potential
- $45,000+ base salary based on experience
- Competitive Commission based on individual sales and Team results.
- Annual bonus based on Office Results
- Uncapped earning potential – $60,000+ achievable with moderate performance and well above if you are able to be Life Insurance Focused
