**Eastside Dodge is Hiring an experienced and reliable Parts & Accessory Specialist to join their team**

Are you passionate about automotive parts and accessories? Do you enjoy helping customers find the right fit for their vehicle while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Parts & Accessory Specialist with at least one year of experience to join our growing team

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and sales
- Source and order parts and accessories promptly and accurately
- Maintain organized inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Upsell accessories and parts to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the service and sales departments for seamless operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service - in person, over the phone, and online

**What You Bring**:

- **Minimum 1 year of parts accessory experience**:

- Strong product knowledge and a customer-first attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using parts catalog systems and inventory software
- Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
