Transaction Coordinator

**It is critical that this individual has a strong background in the real estate industry.**
The incumbent will need to be highly organized, have a strong work ethic and background with real estate transcations and paperwork. As this is a highly visible role, the incumbent will have strong communication skills and customer service skills, ensuring timely and accurate responses, flow of work and follow-ups when needed.
The following is a list of the primary job duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing and closing of all transactions and deals in a web-based program. This includes document filing, preparation of commission statements and completion of all files, meeting all regulatory body and provincial laws.
- Calculation of all commission payouts, ensuring efficiency for all agents and cooperating agents. Preparing and processing all agent commission payments.
- Documentation and record keeping for all files, including ongoing review and identification of any deficiencies or discrepancies.
- Responsible for all follow-ups when necessary. Timely communication with all agents, lawyers, cooperating brokerages, etc., to ensure the efficient processing of all transactions.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in deal processing at a real estate brokerage.
- Customer service oriented, taking a people first approach to all interactions for the organization (internal and external).
- Proficient using real estate Transaction Management Programs.
- Proficiency in other programs such as Lonewolf software, BrokerBay, Backoffice, MLS system and Google for business is preferred.
- Strong background in real estate transaction process (residential, commercial, sales & leases).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask, with strong organizational skills.
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
