JLL SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Interns are an important part of what makes JLL a great place to work. Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

**AS AN OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL SUMMER INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL**:
Agency Leasing
Participate in site visits to compile tenant information
Learn the daily operations of leasing
Conduct and verifying research, providing support for the brokerage team
Gathering information and provide support for the agency leasing team
Understand city, owners and tenants
Manage the database of property owners and reach out to new and potential clients

Tenant Representation
Update database projects in ReApps and Costar
Conduct Building walks to establish tenant rosters within buildings - building tenant information
Consolidate market surveys into one master slide deck
Provide market and research support to the Tenant Representation Group

Industrial
Tracking vacant parcels of land
Learn the daily operations of leasing and selling of warehouses and industrial land
Conduct and verify research, providing support for the brokers
Gathering market information and provide support for the industrial team
Support proposal process
Manage the database of property owners and reach out to new and potential clients

Participate in weekly team meetings, intern meetings and mentor/mentee meetings
Complete end of the year internship pitch presentation to panel

**Estimated compensation for this position is**:
$20-24/h
