**Position Summary**

Lucasfilm's Studio Talent Group unites the most talented and experienced artists, producers, engineers and managers in the entertainment industry to help employees reach their full potential. Working with ILM’s global talent base in San Francisco, Singapore, London, Vancouver and Sydney, our STG instructors are some of the industry's brightest creative and technical talents, including Oscar-winners, world-class artists, designers, and engineers. Employees are given a unique opportunity to share skills, knowledge, expertise and culture across ILM's global studios, and to take advantage of a variety of enrichment classes in sculpting, drawing, photography, and more. Lucasfilm's Studio Talent Group is where world-class talent teams up in a global environment to create the award-winning work Lucasfilm and ILM are known for.

The Studio Talent Group (STG) intern will focus on support of the STG department. This includes general administrative and support duties for the department. The intern will work closely with the STG coordinators, specifically with our teams on the West Coast in Vancouver. The intern will also take direction from Emerging Talent Manager, and STG Program Manager.

**What You’ll Do**
- Schedule STG events and courses
- Track STG event attendance
- Support the creation of STG presentation content
- Assist with department communications
- Update the STG website
- Organize STG digital files and materials
- Support Jedi Academy and emerging talent programming

**What We’re Looking For**
- Studies in film, art, theater, communications, business or related field, preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Proactive and follows through with projects independently
- Interest in filmmaking and the entertainment industry
- Interest in Learning and Development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with diverse personalities

**Job Requirements**

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide assistance for relocation, housing, transportation, or work authorization for the Internship. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or hold Canadian Permanent Resident status.

Applicants must be in the process of completing an undergraduate degree at a public post-secondary, and returning to school following completion of the internship.
