**Position Summary**:
As a Data Analyst, Marketing you have a curious nature, you’re detail oriented and have the ability to visualize data If this sounds like you, then we are interested in hearing from you
You will be responsible for gathering large and varied datasets from database collected from ads, collating and aggregating the data, and tracking and reporting revenue metrics to discover key data trends and insights. You will have an eye for making a spreadsheet of results into eye-grabbing visuals that are easy to understand.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the SpiderTech team in planning, analyzing, and reporting on ongoing performance, KPIs, projects and initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to gain a deep understanding of business, uncover trends, and help drive critical business decision-making based on various data modeling and 1st party data.
- Use Analytics tools and attribution modeling to assess overall digital journey and holistic marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations.
- Drive in-market strategies to help revenue growth by partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Be creative and build visual reports and dashboards that are easy to understand
- Manage a large ads budget and its ongoing results with key visual data (i.e., pie charts, graphs etc.)
- Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure accurate reporting, optimization, fulfillment of campaign delivery and general campaign management.
- Assist in troubleshooting campaign delivery and pacing issues and support the team in addressing issues.
- Track and report on processes, proposed changes, and targeted measures to provide the highest quality of service and experience for all participants
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge with ads managers, including Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager
- Experience with website analytics tools and generating visual reports
- Excellent communication skills; Must be able to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Self motivated and committed to understanding new technology, continuous learning, and self development
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to solve difficult problems in a timely manner while working across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong experience using Excel, SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform
