**Who we need**

We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to forecast, plan and allocate staffing based on shifting resource needs. You will generate short-term and long-term capacity and demand reports, communicate with Business Unit partners to understand their needs, and address critical Project Management resource requirements for the organization.

**What you will focus on**:

- Ensure complete, accurate and timely reports are provided and reviewed periodically with PM Chapter Leader and Business Leaders.
- Create and maintain long-term Capacity and Demand forecast reports.
- Refine or Develop Resource Planning reports and tools.
- Analyze Project Management workload using information from Dataweb.
- Accurately collect data, review and report current and projected resource demand patterns to assist in making resource decisions within Project Management Chapter
- Maintain and update all appropriate Chapter metrics and dashboards
- Evaluate and analyze current process metrics and performance to identify areas requiring improvements.
- Create reporting tools that ensure compliance with all Project Management procedures for all task functions.
- Gather data for statistical analysis and metrics.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives, follow all policies and procedures defined in the company quality system, and facilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results.
- Collaborate with the Technical Process Specialist to align training content for PM Chapter members, promote the use and acceptance of tools and technology, and obtain recommendations for improvements from users
- Foster partnerships across the company and participate in Team Huddles, Daily Stand Up and Business Unit/Chapter meetings.
- Adhere to the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations, the health, safety and environmental policies, procedures, and policies of Array Canada, and report issues immediately.

**You have**:

- The education and experience. A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project management, Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering (or similar field) with at least 2 years in team management or resource planning.
- The technical skills. You can learn new tools quickly and are proficient with scheduling software, database management, and MS Office Suite. You have strong organizational, data collection and analytical/investigative skills. You can read and interpret documents such as design briefs, safety rules, and procedure manuals. You can write routine reports and correspondence.
