We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience. **Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for technology-related products.
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies to assist customers effectively.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to engage with customers both in-person and over the phone.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 80 per week
