We at Grand Touring Automobiles, an exclusive dealer group, are looking to increase our Jaguar Land Rover Division as a result of business need and growth. We are seeking a Sales and Leasing Administrator to join our team in a new state of the art facility located in downtown Toronto.

In this key role, you will be responsible for some aspects of the sales and leasing process, managing day-to-day administrative tasks and assisting your direct supervisor. Grand Touring Automobiles features the most exclusive brands, and we strive to offer the most exclusive service to our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and organized team player with effective communications skills and a background or experience in the automotive industry.

Some main responsibilities:

- Lease portfolio administration
- Commissioning deals
- Integrating information and communication between internal systems
- Managing the sales log
- Maintaining the traffic log
- Completing CSI to completion
- Administrative tasks including the creation of cheque requests, vista associated tasks etc.
- Administrating JLR sales training and overseeing staff compliance
- Assist with other miscellaneous administrative tasks as they present themselves

**Requirements**:

- Previous dealership experience
- Previous automotive sales administration experience
- Previous leasing experience
- CDK software experience
- 180 software experience
- Superior customer service skills
- Computer proficient
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Professional, dependable, reliable and a commitment to provide excellent customer service

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Luxury Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
- Dealership: 3 years (preferred)
- CDK Software: 2 years (preferred)
