**Role Overview**:
As the **Assistant Parts Manager**, you will support the Parts Manager in overseeing the Parts Department’s operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance. You will also supervise staff and contribute to the department’s overall success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Support the Parts Manager in supervising sales, inventory management, and customer service operations
- Assist in human resource functions, including employee development, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations
- Assist front and back counter staff with customer and mechanic requests
- Stay updated on new products and complete all necessary training
- Participate in scheduled parts department meetings
- Review stock aging reports and process obsolete part returns
- Submit and manage emergency and special parts orders
- Post received parts into inventory
- Process claims for damaged or missing parts

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an automotive Parts role
- Luxury automotive experience preferred
- Familiarity with CDK (formerly ADP) software
- Prior leadership or management experience is an asset
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic
- Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
