**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure all equipment is sanitized and maintained to meet health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate products to enhance client results.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in laser technology and skincare.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to laser treatments and skincare.
- Experience in body waxing is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques to effectively promote products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
